Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Management of assigned projects, including:
o Tracking all important project milestone dates using Microsoft Teams and add-on “Project” software.
o Creating MOC/ART/CAD drawing requests to design department, and communicating with Account Executive throughout the process
o Work with estimating to determine budget pricing for non T/M jobs as required
o Communicating with agents (both for production and install as necessary)
o Ensuring orderly completion and delivery of Purchase Orders relating to project
o Planning material requirements to coincide with production
o Liaising with Production Manager to ensure on-site production and/or install meets projects requirements
o Coordinating shipments, in conjunction with Purchaser, as required
o Monitoring project for cost and efficiency as it rolls out
o Reviewing project at completion for posting accuracy and post mortem
o Assisting Account Executive / Finance Manager with invoicing as required
- Estimating projects through KeyedIn as assigned by Estimator
Compensation will be based on previous experience and qualifications.
