A good university degree with at least 10 years’ IT industry experience in supporting and managing SWIFT applications (SAA, SAG, SNL, AWP), SWIFT VPN, SWIFT HSM, PKI, and sanction screening solutions.
Strong understanding of end-to-end payments and settlement flow.
Excellent knowledge of SWIFT FIN and ISO20022 messages.
Solid experience in incident and defect management, with ability to lead incident/defect resolution meetings and calls.
Proficient in JIRA (testing), GitHub (configuration), with ability to track testing progress, generate reports, and present testing updates across multiple projects.
Familiarity with interfaces such as IBM MQ, SFTP, JMS.SWIFT certification and PMP certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
Manage scope, cost, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders.
Oversee vendor maintenance renewal contracts (software, system care, professional services).
Lead the team in deploying software releases, projects, enhancements, security patches, and industry testing.
Act as the application point of contact; coordinate with interfacing application teams and the Bank’s governance teams.
Liaise with business units to gather requirements, perform analysis, and propose solutions.
Lead the SWIFT Customer Security Program (CSP), perform assessments, and work towards attestation closure.
Prepare, review, and consolidate technical specifications, test plans, and other SDLC documents.
Oversee SIT and UAT, ensuring traceability matrices from BRD to test cases are maintained.
