Roessel Joy is working with family-owned HVAC and mechanical contracting company headquartered in Wilmington, MA. With a strong foundation in service work, we’ve expanded into new construction and renovation projects throughout the region. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, open communication, and seamless project execution from design through maintenance.
We specialize in managing all facets of HVAC and mechanical construction projects — from engineering design and subcontractor coordination to fabrication, installation, and ongoing service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our close-knit team and help manage our growing portfolio of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in HVAC or construction project management required
  • Must have Mechanical Contracting & Mechanical Engineering expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and HVAC systems
  • Excellent time management and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and construction management software
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and break them into actionable steps
  • Leadership skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
