WANTED: PROJECT MANAGER (HVAC/MECHANICAL)

We are currently looking for a hard-working individual to join our team as a Project Manager to manage and maintain project work flow!

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and monitor all documentation, correspondence.
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities.
  • Prepares construction schedules by studying plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting efficiencies.
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for senior staff.
  • Support senior staff with various duties as assigned
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
