Reports to: Project Manager Position Role: Manage mechanical, structural, and manufacturing projects based at an existing plant in Oinofyta, Viotia, ensuring effective integration of multiple technologies in an international environment. Opportunity Oversee mechanical structural and manufacturing projects Work closely with various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project success Organize and follow up installation of mechanical equipment. Coordinate several suppliers and subcontractors to successfully achieve good set up of production lines Create and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and budget tracking Provide technical support and guidance to team members and customers, ensuring the successful implementation of mechanical solutions Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness Background Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering 3 years of proven experience Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficient in English, both verbal and written Expertise in 3D modeling, preferably on large-scale models Proficient in Solidworks and AutoCAD Willingness to work in an international environment Eagerness to learn and integrate multiple technologies Build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful Stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said What we offer 3 years’ contract (fixed term) Competitive remuneration package Employee Assistance program (EAP) Trainings Group medical insurance Opportunity for career development After collecting and evaluating CVs, we will contact candidates who meet the requirements to set up appointment for an interview.
