Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Oversee and manage all on‑site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities, ensuring works fully comply with approved drawings, specifications, hotel operator standards, and local authority requirements. Monitor daily MEP site progress, supervise contractors and subcontractors, and enforce strict adherence to quality, safety, testing, and commissioning requirements. Coordinate all MEP interfaces with CSA, ID, kitchen/laundry systems, façade, AV/IT, ELV, and specialist suppliers to ensure seamless installation and prevent construction clashes. Review MEP contractors’ shop drawings with consultants, method statements, material submissions, construction programs, and progress claims relevant to the MEP scope. Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly, lead MEP inspections and QA/QC checks, and prepare detailed progress and technical reports for management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related MEP discipline. Professional certification or membership (e.g., P.Eng/PE, CIBSE, IEE, ASHRAE, IEM) is an advantage. 8–10 years of experience managing MEP construction for hotel, hospitality, or high‑end mixed‑use projects. Strong understanding of local codes and standards for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and building systems.
