What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a rockstar Project Manager to join the Merchandise and Accessories team in EMEA. The team is focused on driving business growth and profitability by running a lean, sustainable and efficient operation with a compelling and engaging product range.
Within this role you will be managing projects and coordinating/ensuring flawless operations touching all facets of the Merchandise & Vehicle Accessories business in EMEA.

What You’ll Do

  • Spearhead cross-functional projects across EMEA merchandise & vehicle accessories (sales, product, operations), driving initiatives from ideation and planning to successful implementation.
  • Track performance of and work with planning, warehouse, logistics, and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience for all products.
  • Lead recurring weekly meetings with stakeholders to review performance metrics, brainstorm improvements, and track progress against goals.
  • Champion process optimization by managing multiple projects to redesign workflows, enhance supply chain efficiency, and improve e-commerce infrastructure.
  • Develop data-driven business cases for new initiatives and execute detailed project plans to deliver measurable results.
  • Serve as the primary problem-solver and liaison between planning, warehouse, logistics, and support teams, aligning efforts to prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, and propose actionable solutions (process, system, or product improvements), while reporting weekly on KPIs, product availability, and critical issues to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or process-oriented roles.
  • Background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach, willing to actively support teams in achieving goals.
  • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and thrives in time-sensitive, dynamic environments.
  • First principles thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex processes to identify root causes and drive solutions.
  • Highly structured and organized, ensuring precision and efficiency in all deliverables.
  • Rapid learner who adapts quickly to fast-paced, evolving priorities and ambiguous challenges.
