Description As Project Manager, you will manage the planning, execution, and completion of Housed Vision and Events projects that Mercy Culture Media stewards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the integrity of our culture. The Project Manager will act as a bridge between creative teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the vision and goals of Mercy Culture Media. Reports To: Mercy Culture Media Director Responsibilities Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and goals. Utilize project management tools to track and report on the status of active projects. Collaborate with content creators, designers, editors, and external contractors to align on project deliverables. Schedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment among team members. Manage team workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity. Interact well with the team and provide excellent follow-up. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring their input and feedback are considered throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate with Housed Vision Directors, staff, and the Media team as the representative of the Media team. Additional duties may be assigned. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within a media, communications, or creative environment. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams). Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of the principles of storytelling, branding, and content production. Familiarity with Mercy Culture’s mission and values is a plus. Experience with Microsoft product suite (especially Outlook). Leadership Standards All staff and leaders of Mercy Culture must be willing to abide by the Leadership Standards of the house. Membership Requirements Must be a member of the church to be employed at Mercy Culture Church. Hours This position is full-time/40 week, onsite/in-person. Office hours are Sunday, Tuesday - Thursday.. Times will vary during various conferences and events. Start Date June 2, 2026
