About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery governance of our Pronto ERP upgrade. This role is ideal for a highly organised, delivery‑focused PM who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and vendors—while maintaining strong project momentum in a part-time (3 or 4 days), 12 month fixed term contract capacity. Based at our Oakleigh South office, you will oversee the full delivery lifecycle of the Pronto ERP upgrade, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication across both business and IT teams. You will drive governance, manage RAID, enable delivery leads, and keep all moving parts aligned toward a successful go-live.
