Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Overall Project Management Responsible for managing the project's overall implementation and ensuring that it is executed successfully, timely, and within the allocated budget. This includes planning, monitoring, and evaluating project activities and delivering reports to the donor and support offices. Team Management: responsible for supporting the project team of partner organizations, with managing project officers, ensuring that they have the necessary capacity, resources, and support to carry out project activities. Coordination with Consortium Partner: primary point of contact between the consortium partner, World Vision Myanmar (WVM), and Alliance Myanmar, Mather Catholic Health Commission, and Health Society Foundation. This includes managing the interface between the project and partner organizations and ensuring the smooth operation of medical teams in targeted townships. Effective and efficient coordination between donors and implementation partners to achieve timely project implementation with quality results. Technical Inputs: responsible for providing technical inputs to project staff in coordination with Partners’ Focal Person to fulfill project implementation and targets accordingly. Financial Management: responsible for ensuring adequate financial support to project townships, as per the detailed implementation plan, and for maintaining accurate records of project expenditure from partner organizations and WVIM. Oversee the procurement and supply chain mechanism according to project needs, collaboration, coordination and facilitation between donors and implementation partners. Monitoring and Data Collection, and Hosting Donor/National Office Field Visits Responsible for developing data collection tools, closely monitoring data and reports from implementation partners, and analyzing the information to support decision‑making and improve overall project performance. Reporting and Communication Responsible for timely reporting to donors and support offices, as well as coordinating with the National Office HEA team, health technical departments, and finance focal persons to organize training, monitoring, and evaluation visits. Risk Management responsible for identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project implementation. responsible for the successful implementation of the project, ensuring that it achieves its objectives and delivers life-saving essential health services to beneficiaries in targeted areas in Myanmar, particularly in times of humanitarian crisis. Carry out or engage task with good judgement and responsibly. Perform additional duties and assignments proactively By actively participating with manager in producing a relevant and jointly agreed development plan The plan will identify key areas which will assist in personal and professional development consistent with World Vision’s strategic goals By demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE M.B., B.S with 2-3 years of similar experience is acceptable and other health degree holders (B.N. Sc. Or Diploma in nursing, B. Comm. H) with 2-3 years of similar experience are also considerable. Master's degree holders are preferred. Training in PHC, RMNCAH and Nutrition is also preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role in essential health service project. Previous experience in working with most vulnerable people is a plus. Experience in working closely with consortium partner is mandatory. Experience in working in quickly changing situation. Experience in working under fragile condition is a plus. Good command of Myanmar & English Experience in crisis response situation Willingness to frequent field visits (more than 1 week per month) Good health condition, ability to work under stressful situations Ability to learn quickly in new working environment and setting Able to work under pressure to deadlines and prioritize work effectively Good knowledge of International HEA Standards such as CHS Excellent planning and organizing skills Computer literate and higher competency in information management, sourcing and data analyzing is essential Excellent knowledge of local context and organizational culture is highly essential Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only Our vision for every child, life in all its fullness.
