Your TeamYou'll work closely with consultants, Customer Success, Sales and technical teams to deliver seamless implementations. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring every project delivers measurable business value.

Your ImpactYou'll be the driving force behind successful SaaS deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. By managing risks, stakeholder expectations and project performance, you'll help customers realise value faster while strengthening long-term partnerships with MHR.

• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and resources
• Confident communicator who can engage effectively at all levels.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
• Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent essential
• HR, Payroll or HCM software implementation experience is a bonus.
