A key client is looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced Project Manager directly to assist with the next phase of their Microsoft Dynamics transformation piece. The ideal project manager will have a background in delivering change projects related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated technologies. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of travelling to the office based in County Kildare, Ireland.
This system, built on Microsoft Dynamics, marks a significant digital transformation initiative for our client. The PM will drive the continued development and implementation of the next project phase. The Project Manager will serve as a vital liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners and Tekenable.

LEAD A HIGH-IMPACT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

This role presents the opportunity to spearhead a critical phase of a national digital transformation project built on Microsoft Dynamics—ideal for an experienced IT/CRM project manager seeking a meaningful challenge.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience delivering complex IT and Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement and communication, with a proven ability to manage diverse internal and external relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps and project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional documentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on driving project objectives and fostering collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in complex, multi-phase environments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence change and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in change management, including collaboration with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience operating within regulated environments, ensuring compliance and governance standards are met.
  • Skilled in budget oversight and cost control, ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
