MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in blockchain, fintech, or data products;
• Strong understanding of blockchain data collection mechanisms and on-chain analytics;
• Experience working with DeFi protocols, oracles, and decentralized applications;
• Ability to translate complex blockchain data structures into actionable product features;
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable data solutions;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Define and manage the product roadmap for blockchain data collection and distribution;
• Work closely with engineering teams (blockchain and data engineers) to drive product execution;
• Ensure on-chain data products align with business goals and market needs;
• Lead discovery, scope definition, and execution of blockchain data initiatives;
• Stay up-to-date with DeFi protocols, blockchain trends, and emerging Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions;
• Identify opportunities for new data integrations across multiple blockchains (e.g., Solana, Ethereum, and others);
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver high-value data solutions;
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and reliability;
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory implications for blockchain data;
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new on-chain data offerings.
