BlackStone eIT is seeking a proficient and motivated Mid-Level Project Manager to enhance our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project life cycles from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with team members across various departments, foster strong communication with stakeholders, and effectively manage resources to achieve organizational objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will include scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and maintaining project documentation. You will also be responsible for leading project meetings and delivering progress updates, creating a seamless flow of information within the team. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business goals and initiatives. Manage timelines, budgets, and scopes throughout project life cycles. Facilitate meetings and communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with company regulations. Collaborate with teams to clarify project requirements and support resource allocations. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or IT sectors. In-depth understanding of project management tools and methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
