Overview: SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle Project Manager. You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform. Purpose of the Role: You’ll lead cross-functional projects that shape the future of our platform and products. You’ll drive clarity, alignment, and execution across legal, tech, and business teams. Your work will ensure timely, well-documented delivery from project kick-off to closure across multiple parallel initiatives. About Product: iGaming Platform: With our strong technical team, SOFTSWISS has created a secure iGaming platform that ensures the highest quality of service to clients worldwide. Key responsibilities: Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives Developing communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progress Addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables Developing a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies functional specifications, and technical requirements Identifying stakeholders and establishing communication channels, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements Сonducting a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project, creating a risk management plan and mitigation strategies Working with projects in collaboration with legal, tech teams, etc. Creating and maintaining project documentation (according to the company’s procedures), including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and progress reports Ensuring all documentation is accessible and organized Via monitoring systems tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring adherence to the project plan Managing all development process tasks, and controlling the project’s scope and timeframes Conducting a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement Documenting the project's success and areas for improvement for future reference Conducting kick-off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS products Working on 4 projects simultaneously Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Required Experience: 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development company Advanced English and Russian level (C1) Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery Understanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery management Excellent communication and presentation skills Professional Project Management/Agile certifications Nice to have: Knowledge of the technologies used by software development teams Programming skills and knowledge of development environments Experience in running/organizing workshops and training sessions will be a plus Benefits: Full-time work opportunities Private insurance An additional Day Off (1) per calendar year Sports program compensation Comprehensive Mental Health Programme Free online English lessons with native speakers Generous referral program Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events Learn more about our hiring process here (link) – what to expect, how to prepare, and what makes SOFTSWISS different.
