Description
Description MES is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure that scope, schedule, and budget expectations are met or exceeded. Responsibilities: Lead all phases of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project execution Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Prepare status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards Mentor and support project team members including coordinators and field staff Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or General Business 5+ years of project management and utility experience PMP certification or equivalent preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical benefits package including medical & prescription coverage, dental, and vision plans for employees and their qualifying family members (eligible after 90 days employment), which is 100% covered by the employer Retirement benefits including a 401(k) plan with up to 4% employer match eligible after 6 months of employment, which is 100% fully vested on day one Employer-paid group term life insurance and long-term disability Additional voluntary benefits (Accident, Critical Illness, Short-Term Disability, HFSA and DCA, Life and AD&D) offered to eligible employees Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) available after 120 days of employment.
