Midwest Electric & Generator is seeking a Project Manager to support our office operations through customer service and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Schedule and coordinate installation jobs Communicate with power and propane subcontractors as needed for installations Serve as the main point of contact for in-house electricians and plumbers Act as the point of contact for after-hours issues and callouts Review and approve installer credit card expenses Coordinate gas meter upgrades Collect customer payments for deposits and final balances Review and adjust invoices after jobs are sold including change orders Confirm customer financing arrangements Track electrician DOT requirements, license expirations, and continuing education needs Manage code corrections and coordinate with inspectors upon completion Handle same-day issue resolution calls from electricians and plumbers Schedule utility locates and monitoring activations Complete and manage all required B2B portal paperwork Keep databases updated with relevant and current information Review Timesheets Qualifications: Strong customer service and phone communication skills High attention to detail and task-oriented mindset Ability to adapt to changing priorities Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others Proficient with: Desktop computers and phone systems Multiple software platforms Laptops and tablets (iPad) Ability to pass a background check Experience Requirements: Computer skills: 2+ years (required) Administrative experience: 3+ year (required)
Responsibilities
