Randal Retail works with a number of retail, foodservice, health & fitness and franchise operations. About the role We are seeking an individual to add to our fast paced and growing team to support our rapidly growing customer base. Qualified individuals will need to meet enough of the qualifications below to be considered. This is a full-time salaried position. Core Responsibilities o Field customer service calls - Answer customer questions - Solve issues in the field with installation or with deliveries - Direct contact with customers regarding scheduling and changes of projects o Estimate Jobs based on blueprints o Write orders for specific jobs o Manage inventory levels o Organize incoming customer deposits for accounting o Maintain and track jobs through the duration of the project for timeliness and accuracy o Produce quality control sheets for product o Assist and work side by side with Project Managers with day-to-day needs - Material sourcing - Quality control sheets - Estimating - Inventory management - Field issues related to installation or shipping Benefits o Health insurance o Company matched IRA plan o Paid vacation o Paid holidays o Summer hours o Company sponsored group outings Requirements o High school or equivalent (preferred) o 3+ years of experience with customer service (preferred) o Basic cabinetry/woodworking knowledge (preferred) o Computer literate o Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel) · Above average with Excel skills specifically o Proficient with Auto CAD o Blueprint reading skills o Excellent organizational skills o Excellent communicator o Excellent time management skills
