Organization, time management, attention to detail and accuracy are essential to this role. This position will function within a matrix management organization, and you must be able to take on various project work in a program team environment and from multiple sources, prioritize accordingly, and communicate workload to direct manager. Your Key Responsibilities * Responsible for all aspects of following the Stantec Project Management (PM) Framework in conjunction with the Program Project Manager(s), in addition to understanding and adhering to various internal policies and processes. * Serve as a senior project independent reviewer (PIR) within the program quality review process. * Assist client-based Program Project Managers with project set-ups, coordinating schedule, manage change orders and budget development and issuance to Project Accountants and Project Controls staff for internal set-up requirements.  * Work in conjunction with the Program Manager, Program Controls Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Project Accountant and client-based Project Manager to complete the process for scope, schedule and budget management including forecasting and resource management.  * Work in an integrated program team environment providing project management, design management, procurement support and other associated duties as required under the program scope.  * Participate in the develop of program processes and standards including providing training and mentorship to both internal and external stakeholders. * Support contract management of subconsultants and external 3rd parties.  * Assist the Program Manager(s) with resource planning, allocation, and coordination to ensure optimal team utilization across program activities. * Coordinate and manage multidiscipline resources for technical reviews, design and evaluation of cost estimates and schedules. * Develop and maintain project monitoring & controlling processes, including develop and manage data trackers, update change and issue logs, and other project related support duties as assigned. * Candidate will be required to follow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner. Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
