Job Description This role is a mix of strategic and tactical, where, using your extensive technical and leadership expertise. This role owns the program, anticipate, and mitigate risks whilst balancing business needs against technical constraints. Senior TPgM is required to build strong relationship between Product Engineering applications/services, Product Management, as well as various Business Operations, Finance, and Executives alike. Strong communication skills are a must. Responsibilities will include establishing commitments from dependencies, ensure high quality deliveries, and increase the productivity and velocity of the team to implement strategy and execution. Responsibilities: Program Execution & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of moderately complex cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment to project goals, timelines, and business requirements. Track deliverables and resolve issues to maintain forward momentum. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other partner teams to define scope, dependencies, and timelines. Act as a liaison to ensure shared understanding and alignment across teams. Project Governance: Maintain program documentation, facilitate team meetings, and support risk and issue tracking. Escalate risks or blockers appropriately to ensure timely resolution. Progress Reporting: Provide clear, concise program updates to stakeholders and team members. Consolidate inputs and data into meaningful status reports and dashboards. Process Improvement: Contribute to improving project delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices. Recommend process adjustments to increase efficiency and scalability. Technical Acumen: Leverage your technical knowledge to understand solution approaches, dependencies, and trade-offs. Participate in technical discussions and assist in translating requirements into actionable plans. Team Support & Knowledge Sharing: Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge of tools, processes, and domain expertise. Contribute to a collaborative team culture. Qualifications Solid understanding of CCAS space in technologies like Amazon Connect, DialogflowCX, Genesys, and Agile frameworks, with ability to translate technical concepts for business impact. Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver enterprise-scale programs involving cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
