Description LandVest, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to handle Mitigation Banking and Environmental Credits. Job Overview The Project Manager’s primary role is to lead LandVest’s efforts in developing and growing a marketing, brokerage and consulting group focused on mitigation banking and environmental credits. The position will entail business generation, client and customer relations, advisory and consulting services, project management, and oversight of a team of transaction, resource, and technical professionals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the mitigation banking/environmental crediting field, the ability to obtain real estate licensing, and can demonstrate a high level of versatility, professionalism, leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in the environmental crediting and mitigation banking space. Manage the end-to-end listing and transaction process for mitigation banks assets or environmental credit sales, from onboarding to closing. Develop pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies informed by market conditions, comparable sales, and property attributes. Coordinate due diligence and assemble property information (maps, exhibits, photography, narratives, and supporting documentation). Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including offering packages, presentations, web listings, and outreach campaigns. Conduct property tours and site visits with prospective buyers; represent LandVest professionally in the field and in client meetings. Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and customers; track activity, milestones, and deliverables across multiple active assignments. Support negotiations and transaction execution, including offers, contracts, and coordination with attorneys, surveyors, foresters, and lenders as needed. Build and maintain relationships with landowners, investors, consultants, and other referral sources to generate new business. Collaborate with LandVest team members (foresters, GIS/cartography, marketing, analytics, and operations) to deliver best-in-class service. Maintain necessary licensing. Periodic travel is expected. Perform other duties as assigned in support of team and company objectives. Requirements Education level: Bachelor’s degree or above. Five (5) or more years of experience in the mitigation banking/environmental crediting industry. Self-starter with strong judgment, follow-through, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing client-ready materials and presenting to stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and transactions simultaneously. Proficiency with standard business tools (Microsoft Office/Adobe Acrobat); ability to learn new systems and CRMs. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel periodically. Previous real estate experience preferred. Compensation Compensation is a mix of salary, benefits, and/or incentive compensation. Base Salary ranges from $50,000-$70,000 with significant commission based incentive comp.
