Description Property Medics of Georgia is a residential construction company whose main focus is on insurance related mitigation and reconstruction. We currently have an immediate opening for a Mitigation Project Manager. We are looking for self-motivated, team players who genuinely care about their workmanship. This position is responsible for interacting with clients, insurance adjusters and programs to facilitate responding to mitigation losses. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Schedules and coordinates mitigation technicians efficiently to complete projects timely and in a profitable fashion. Verifies all documentation is complete on a per loss basis and invoices projects. Able to navigate multiple software systems and complex billing procedures. Ensures warehouse equipment and supplies are organized and stocked. Assists with after-hours on-call phone assignments as needed. Works with other personnel to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently. Visits client sites within our service area. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 3 years Project Manager experience required. 5 years experience working with a disaster restoration / mitigation company strongly preferred. Prior experience managing a team of employees strongly preferred. High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher (or equivalent experience) required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Must be self motivated; works well individually. Must be a team player; works well with team. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to lift a minimum 70lbs without assistance.
