Description

Primary Purpose of the Job To manage and successfully execute the EPIC Tendering through Execution Phases for PS2 MM Oil Field Redevelopment Project with single point responsibility and accountability, within the cost and schedule and in accordance with Project Management Framework. The EPIC Phase Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: New Production Station (PS2) bridge connected to the existing complex, consisting of a Process (PS2K) Platform, a Utilities and Living Quarters (PS2L) Platform, Riser Platform (PS2R), Flare and interconnecting bridges with structural props. Brownfield Modifications to existing PS2C and PS2J facilities. One new 16 Slot remote Wellhead Platform and associated subsea pipelines and umbilical. A new Oil Export Subsea Pipeline from PS2 to Halul Island plus Gas Export and NGL export. Structural Props (support platform) at multiple remote WHJs. Infield Subsea pipelines, Umbilicals and Power Cables. 132 kV submarine composite cables from Halul Island to PS2L. Required Experience and Skills 20 years of project related experience in oil and gas industry of which a minimum of 10 years shall be in a project management capacity for major offshore oil and gas EPIC projects, globally and preferably with Arabian Gulf region managing teams in similar position. Experience in managing Offshore EPIC Tendering through execution of major offshore oil and gas projects, both Greenfield and Brownfield, including Fabrication & Subsea. Must possess strong communication and written skills in the English language and team facilitation skills including presentations, report writing and management of meetings. Must be familiar with all relevant engineering and design requirements, fabrication, offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning methodologies for projects, including Shell DEPs, and all applicable offshore oil and gas international codes and standards. Educational Qualifications B.Sc. degree or Higher in Engineering and specialized training in Project Management, Leadership, Team Building, Negotiation and Conflict Management. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent or certified PMP member.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute the EPIC Tendering through Execution Phases for the PS2 MM Oil Field Redevelopment Project. Ensure project completion within cost and schedule while adhering to the Project Management Framework.
