About the role

The position requires the day-to-day management of the technical aspects of project delivery, as delegated by the Construction Manager. You will be required to deliver profitable projects to time, cost, quality and compliance dimensions. The role demands a strong focus on leadership and management of the Project Team to achieve required outcomes of the work group and the promotion of high-performance standards, including strong commitment to health, safety and the setting.

In addition the Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Construction Manager in mentoring and coaching other Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers to enable their growth in the Company.
