JOB DESCRIPTION

Virtua UK are rapidly expanding and as part of this growth, we’re looking to complement our existing team with experienced Mobile Telecommunication Project Managers.
This opportunity exists within our RF Solutions division and will see the successful candidate working on a variety of projects of varying size, value and complexity for various Mobile Network Operators and equipment Manufacturers.
Responsible for delivering multiple projects to time, budget, customer expectations, industry standards and in accordance with current Health & Safety legislation, you will own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring all stakeholders expectations are met on multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

• Accurate budget, margin, revenue control and forecasting.
• Internal and external Stakeholder Management.
• Resource and vendor management.
• End to end project lifecycle management.
• Conversant with MNO standards encompassing Rigging, Civils and Electrical cabling infrastructure.
• Familiar with equipment suppliers such as Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects within a Mobile Telecommunication environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience in managing and delivering Mobile Telecommunication Infrastructure Projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Conversant in Microsoft Office 365 and associated Project Management software toolsets.
• Customer focused and results orientated.
• Health & Safety qualification preferred (E.g.: IOSH Managing Safely/Working Safely/SSTS/SMSTS)

  Pay: £35,108.26-£55,000.00 per year

• Planning, monitoring, reporting and management of all assigned project deliverables.
• Lead, monitor and manage the project team clearly defining roles and responsibilities.
• Lead the Survey, Design and Delivery of project specific requirements to customer expectations.
• Creation of Project Plans and Project Schedules to meet the deliverables.
• Develop tailored Resource Plans to meet project objectives.
• Risk management and reporting.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, project reports, and presentation to SMT level.
• Liaise with QHSE department to ensure safe systems of work are implemented.
