We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the organization of client projects. As a project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years of proven experience working as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Experience working with Project Management tools such as Jira, or similar.
Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria that deliver value to the customer.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.=
