Job Description What will you be doing? We are seeking an Project Manager to lead the setup and execution of a modular build project within the nuclear sector. This role will focus on coordinating the module factory and supporting the development of the module strategy, ensuring schedules are delivered effectively and information is pulled from across multiple functions. The position is initially short-term with the potential to evolve into a capital-funded project. Your main responsibilities will be: Manage the planning, scheduling, and delivery of a modular build project. Coordinate inputs from various teams to maintain alignment and progress against the project schedule. Ensure all project activities adhere to construction standards and best practices. Support the setup and operational readiness of the module factory. Drive issue resolution and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Report progress to senior stakeholders and provide recommendations to optimize delivery. Who are we looking for? Familiarity with modular build processes, ideally in water treatment, oil & gas, or related sectors. Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts is desirable. Capable of coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams and driving schedules to meet objectives. Practical understanding of construction activities and site operations. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are... Strong project planning, scheduling, and coordination experience. Experience with modular construction or large-scale prefabrication projects. Competence in construction management principles, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
