We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Plan travel requirements and liaise with the travel co-ordinator.

Scope Management:

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Communication:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Ensure effective communication and updates on project status, issues, and deliverables.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process to maintain high standards.

Budget Management:

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in automated systems or storage solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
