JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as the key liaison between clients, design teams, and consultants, ensuring smooth communication and project success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within the interior design or architectural industry.
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other project management and design software.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
