We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyzing project requirements and specifications to determine the most cost-effective approach
- Client Relations and Management
- Product ordering and shipment schedules
- Ensuring project timelines are met
- Review and amend project contracts.
- Oversee project estimation to ensure accuracy.
- Project Invoicing.
- Site visits and obtaining project measurements.
- Project manpower scheduling.
Must come with:
- Proven experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
