As we continue to scale, we are seeking to expand our team with a Project Manager.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Assist the team in full-process management of various projects in the CA branch, including but not limited to product launch plans, marketing plans, and special cross-departmental projects. Take the lead in demand analysis, team division of labor, resource coordination, work breakdown, and promptly solve problems and risks.
  • Promote cross-department/team collaboration, establish effective communication mechanisms, formulate relevant SOPs, and improve project management processes and systems.
  • Assist in project review and regularly report progress to management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors such as finance, business, STEM, and project management.
  • Work or internship experience in both Chinese and Western cultures, fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to use or learn AI tools, Feishu, and project management tools.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, good at solving complex problems, and pay attention to details and results.
