WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a confident, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to bring:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally managing multiple projects at once
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS O365, Asana or similar)
  • A problem-solver’s mindset with the ability to manage risk and adapt to change
  • ERP system knowledge is a bonus
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Lead Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving key projects from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, department heads, and frontline teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with maximum impact. This is a pivotal role with real influence across the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire project teams, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Build and manage project plans, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, from department heads to senior leadership
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks/issues while driving change effectively
  • Maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, RAID logs, etc.)
  • Monitor progress and present updates to leadership teams
  • Champion achievements, highlighting successes across the business
