  • Manage the completion and close-out of outstanding defects
  • Coordinate the remaining public domain works
  • Oversee outstanding sewer and associated civil works
  • Drive the project through to completion and obtain the Occupation Certificate
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and relevant authorities
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety and compliance
  • Manage project documentation, approvals and final handover requirements
