Mott MacDonald is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team located in our Vancouver office. In this position, you will have the opportunity to manage projects across a range of sectors including transit and transportation, built environment, energy, and water. You will support growth initiatives through establishing and building client relationships, supporting the development of junior and intermediate staff, and contributing to Mott MacDonald’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, organizing, coordinating, and working with technical and management groups in the delivery of a range of projects

  • Contributing to project delivery alongside engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction

  • Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Participating in the preparation of the construction contract documents as well as administering the project specifications and contract during the execution of such projects
  • Leading the development of proposal responses and ensuring the responses align with the RFP requirements and the client’s needs
  • Supporting adherence to compliance with internal performance metrics and business management systems regarding quality, risk, and other compliance processes
  • Maintaining industry knowledge of current standards and procedures concerning project management and other relevant technical disciplines
  • Nurturing an innovative, challenging, collaborative, and high-performing work environment, which supports the use of digital tools and technology and fosters the Mott MacDonald values and culture
