The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that align with organizational goals and requirements. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving project success by ensuring execution excellence, mitigating risks, and maintaining stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities Project Planning & Governance Define project scope, success criteria, timelines and resources in alignment with organizational priorities; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Establish project cadences, executive readouts, and change control; manage risks and implement corrective actions. Document workflows, requirements, test plans, and lessons learned to improve future execution. Vendor & Systems Management Coordinate vendor-supported system backlogs, releases, and integrations; run UAT and cutovers with business owners; organize hypercare and post-mortems Facilitate prioritization of system/EMR change requests in alignment with project roadmaps Conduct root-cause reviews on issues that impact project outcomes; capture actions into release plans and playbooks. Translate technical requirements for non-technical leaders; align vendors, internal teams, and sponsors; keep status, risks, and decisions visible Lead vendor development call preparation (clear requirements, visuals) and escalation paths for project-related items; integrate incident learnings into project plans (not day-to-day break/fix ownership). IT Infrastructure & Security Projects Plan and deliver infrastructure projects (networking, servers, cloud, storage, virtualization) and security initiatives (least-privilege, identity governance, logging/audit). Coordinate environments, release windows, and change/adoption plans with IT and business stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Apply PM best practices to streamline execution; promote improvements that enhance efficiency across technical and business teams. Core Skills Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) Project Planning, Scoping, and Scheduling Risk and Change Management Process Improvement and Workflow Optimization Performance Metrics and Reporting Cross-Functional Collaboration Stakeholder Communication and Negotiation Qualifications Preferred Qualifications * Healthcare domain experience (EMR, revenue cycle, clinical operations) Preferred * Cloud(Azure/AWS/GCP) and hybrid environment familiarity, identity/secure exposure. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools
