As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading client-facing projects, delivering innovative payment and fraud solutions, and driving strategic initiatives that support business objectives. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading critical components of complex implementation projects across diverse business areas. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate requirements effectively. Ensuring solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery. Overseeing governance, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Monitoring project budgets and managing third-party providers. Maintaining comprehensive project logs, including risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, and escalating as necessary. Handling scope changes and managing change requests. Providing regular updates and ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in project management and delivering successful projects. Strong skills in managing third-party providers and vendor relationships. Applied technical understanding and a logical approach to problem-solving. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation capabilities. Ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with the development lifecycle.
