Job Description About the Role This Project Manager leads ground-up multi-family and affordable housing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule alignment from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, subcontractors, project schedules, and field operations — while serving as the primary communication hub between ownership, design teams, and on-site staff. What You’ll Do Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through turnover Communicate consistently with owners, architects, property staff, subs, and trades Develop, maintain, and update construction schedules Provide project estimates and help define scope as needed Lead project documentation, progress tracking, and issue resolution Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety, and project specs Manage large stick-frame housing projects and all related field operations Qualifications What You Bring 5+ years of construction project management experience Strong background in multi-family and/or affordable housing projects Experience with large stick-framed housing Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects Effective communication and leadership across field and office teams A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills Additional Information
