French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Manager with for our Municipal Services Department in Hackettstown, NJ  Responsibilities •    Lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects, including roadway improvements, drainage systems, water distribution, sanitary sewer systems, and capital improvement programs  •    Serve as Project Manager responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and overall project delivery  •    Prepare, review, and oversee engineering calculations, technical specifications, reports, and construction documents in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations  •    Oversee the development of plans, profiles, and construction details using design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D  •    Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and subconsultants, to ensure successful project execution  •    Act as primary point of contact for municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and utility providers  •    Lead client meetings, public presentations, and coordination meetings with stakeholders  •    Oversee review of shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor submittals during construction administration  •    Provide senior-level construction support, including field visits and resolution of technical issues  •    Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates  •    Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and agency requirements  •    Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineering staff, fostering professional development and technical growth  •    Support business development efforts and contribute to proposal preparation as needed  Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field  •    Minimum of 10+ years of experience in municipal engineering or public infrastructure design and delivery  •    Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey required  •    Proven experience managing municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction  •    Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite  •    Strong knowledge of municipal design standards, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements  •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and public agencies  •    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously  •    Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering staff  •    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed  Benefits We understand that a fulfilling career is about more than just the work you do – it’s about feeling secure in your health, confident in your financial future, and balanced in your personal and professional life.
