JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and will be adept at managing teams and vendor relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to timelines and budgets.

EXPERIENCE

· 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Proven experience in project management including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data collection techniques and requirements gathering processes.
  • Proficient in excel, office and scheduling. Put together bid packages.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage project planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
  • Liaising with engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations Managing procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations and vendor selection. to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues
  • Oversee vendor management activities, ensuring that all external partnerships align with project goals.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure that project objectives meet business needs.
  • Analyze data related to project performance to inform decision-making.
    · Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.

· Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks and develop safety mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
