Description
Join the Mortgage Integration Programme as a Project Manager and play a key role in delivering one of the organisation’s most significant mortgage migration initiatives. Working across the Buy-to-Let and Owner Occupied Migration project, you will lead the coordination of complex delivery activities, ensuring workstreams remain aligned, risks are proactively managed, and delivery milestones are achieved.   This role sits at the heart of the programme, bringing together colleagues from business, technology, testing and third-party teams to maintain momentum and drive successful outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing programme governance, managing interdependencies across multiple teams, and ensuring clear and consistent reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums.   As a Project Manager, you will lead delivery planning and execution, provide visibility of progress, and ensure that issues, risks and dependencies are identified and addressed early. You will facilitate effective decision-making by establishing clear escalation paths, maintaining structured records of decisions, and supporting stakeholders with prioritisation and problem-solving.    We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.   At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK-wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.   For this job, you'll be assigned to our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be Monthly in Swindon, London or Northampton. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works. Nationwide is committed to the redeployment of our employees impacted by change, as such applications for redeployment candidates will be prioritised in this recruitment process.   If you’re a colleague on long-term absence (for example, on parental leave) or a temporary worker, please use your personal email address to submit an application.
