Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project from planning through completion
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, schedule, budget and quality
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and commercial matters
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance
• Identify and manage project risks
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and contractual requirements
• Prepare regular progress reports and ensure successful project handover

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of overall experience
• Minimum 5 years of high-rise building experience in the GCC
• Strong experience in construction project management
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims and variations
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Strong experience in project planning, cost control, procurement and subcontractor management
• Good knowledge of QA/QC and HSE requirements
