Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful end-to-end delivery and execution of projects within card business domain.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Manage project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, functional specs, process flow mapping, testing, and implementation.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, involving relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for successful execution.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business units and relevant stakeholders for smooth implementation.
• Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the project execution.
