Salary Range: $100,000 – $145,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and execute complex projects, ensuring excellence in performance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires expertise in public procurement, contract administration, and project management principles, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance at the time of contract performance (must be held prior to start date).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years managing projects of similar size and scope, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to meet project objectives.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Applicable laws, rules, regulations, and procedures related to public procurement and contracting.
  • Principles and practices of contract administration, project management, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn specialized procurement software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPPB, or CPPO.
  • Experience in Department of Defense or other federal government contract environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Oversee procurement and contracting processes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, briefings, and documentation.
  • Ensure all work meets quality, security, and compliance requirements.
