POSITION DETAILS

Combine the resources of an established company with the agility of a hands-on, tight-knit team.
Naylor Commercial specializes in architectural finishes and coatings for complex commercial projects. We’re
currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team, overseeing field operations on high-impact jobs
across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Reporting directly to leadership, you’ll be responsible for both the technical execution and financial
performance of the projects you lead.
Objectives
Ensure projects are delivered successfully—technically, financially, and with a strong focus on client
satisfaction.
As a Project Manager at Naylor Commercial, your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing contract documents and coordinating administrative tasks with internal support teams.
* Developing project phases and task sequencing in collaboration with Superintendents and field leaders,
and presenting plans for leadership approval.
* Defining labor needs, material requirements, and client expectations at each stage of the project.
* Verifying takeoffs and quantities before finalizing material orders, in coordination with our
preconstruction team.
* Leading project kickoffs with the operations team, reviewing the schedule, documentation, and
execution plan.
* Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained from start to finish.
* Partnering with the Project Superintendent on scheduling, progress tracking, and issue resolution on site.
Skills and Tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, or Procore is
preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for coordination across field and office
teams.
* The ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals is key.
Soft Skills
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You respond quickly and thoughtfully to technical
challenges, and your communication style builds trust with both field and office teams.
You lead with clarity, think critically, and keep projects moving with purpose—always aligned with client
expectations and company standards.
