Description
NeoWork is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end solar installation projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion. You will oversee project timelines, align materials and installer schedules, and collaborate closely with field installers to ensure every project stays on track. Prior solar experience is an advantage but not required. What matters most is your ability to keep complex operations organized, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and solve problems proactively in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate solar installation projects from scheduling to completion. Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders. Communicate effectively with installers and vendors to ensure timely execution. Monitor progress and resolve operational issues before they impact delivery. Maintain accurate tracking of project milestones, materials, and schedules. Key Requirements 3+ years of experience in project or operations management. Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously. Comfortable working with installers and vendors. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in construction, solar, or field operations is a plus.
