The Role

Based in our Mackay operations, this is an opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of electrical manufacturing and installation projects within a business known for technical excellence, practical innovation and long-term customer partnerships. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while building a stable, long-term career.

What you will be doing:

Plan and Deliver

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical projects
• Develop, maintain and communicate clear project schedules across all phases
• Minimise project risk through proactive planning and effective controls
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, current and appropriately stored

Control, Report and Govern

• Manage project budgets, costs and revenue forecasts
• Track and report labour hours and expenses each week
• Maintain accurate revenue recognition and timely invoicing
• Ensure all legal and contractual documentation is completed and signed
• Implement contingency plans when project controls are at risk
