Our client, a national organisation within the aviation sector, are currently seeking an ICT Project Manager (Network & Security) for an initial 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completion of the projects within scope, time and budget constraints,
  • Work package, dependency and resource planning,
  • Assigning, monitoring and coordinating of technical resources,
  • Estimating the cost of the project to ensure forecasts are submitted and variances between forecast and actual are reviewed and communicated,
  • Monitoring progress of project work packages, deliverables and products,
  • Reporting on the progress of the project, work packages, deliverables and products,
  • Identifying, monitoring, mitigating and communicating all project risks, issues and dependencies,
  • Maintaining relationships with key technical and business stakeholders,
  • Developing artefacts to define the outcomes for the organisation and resources required to support the delivery of these outcomes,
  • Working with the Project Technical Leads to ensure alignment with applicable organisational frameworks
  • Planning with the Master Scheduler and maintaining a project schedule that identifies work effort, roles and resources required, budget estimates, constraints,
  • Work with ENMP PMO to ensure alignment with program and organisational project management frameworks and best practice,
  • Aligning with the EPMO stage gates and organising stage gate reviews when required.
