Our work will take you in different directions. KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our New Building Solutions Team in Gold Coast, QLD. In this position you will administer and control projects in Gold Coast and surrounds using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team. What will you be doing? Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure every project meets KONE’s industry‑leading standards Ensure a positive customer experience, building strong relationships and keeping clients and subcontractors aligned, informed, and confident Motivate your team, clear obstacles, and create a high-performance environment Manage project financials and forecasting, ensuring strong commercial outcomes Drive improvement and innovation What are we looking for? Experience managing complex projects in commercial environments Lift industry experience (desired but not essential) A resilient, solutions‑focused and safety conscious mindset Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly desirable) A globally recognised project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (highly desirable) A valid Australian driver’s licence Strong communication and training skills Stakeholder management skills Financial management & forecasting ability What do we offer?
