Job Title: Project Manager Location: Ajman, UAE (Onsite – Client Location) Employment Type: Full-time (On Company Rolls – UAE) Experience: 10+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the UAE and work onsite at a client location in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT project and service delivery management, handling large-scale digital transformation and government programs while managing cross-functional, distributed technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end IT project and service delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Manage programs and projects using both Agile and Waterfall delivery models. Coordinate and manage large, distributed technical teams across multiple functions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Drive governance, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting. Oversee system integration initiatives and ensure alignment with technical architecture. Ensure compliance with client, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT Project / Service Delivery Management. Strong expertise in: Delivery Management Service Delivery Program / Project Management Proven experience managing large, distributed technical teams. Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills. Technical & Architecture Skills: Strong background in System Integration, Middleware, API Integration, and Microservices. Experience with Low-Code platforms (OutSystems preferred). Solid working knowledge of: .NET, C#, ASP.NET REST Services SharePoint MS SQL Server Experience in BPM / Business Process Modeling (ARIS preferred). Exposure to payment systems, POS, kiosks, or self-service platforms is an added advantage. Domain Experience (Highly Preferred): Government / Smart Government / Public Sector projects. Large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives.
