Could you be the full-time Project Manager for our new Services projects in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your projects expertise in a very challenging field. You’ll report to Roberto, in Bucharest and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.
You’ll manage and coordinate the project’s execution according to the contractual requirements and customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial, quality, different support functions), manage the subsystems related metiers and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the TRAXX project plan execution, but also provide operational support to bid & project team.
We’ll look to you for:

BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR PROJECT QCDP (QUALITY, COST, DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE) PERFORMANCE AND OPTIMIZE PROJECT FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (SALES & CASH)

  • As owner of the Project Management Work Package (WP), the Project Manager is QCDP accountable for all the activities of its WP.

  • University degree or passionate in technical field
  • Experience in maintenance / production / infrastructure / signalling / construction / turnkey projects
  • Familiarity with railways industry
  • IPMA certification is a plus
  • 5 years experience as: sub-system/component manager or qualified project manager
  • Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business culture
